No Return or Refund Policy

At Yercaud & Co., all our products are hair care formulations that are applied to the scalp and hair. Due to the nature of these products and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

Why We Have This Policy

Hair care products that have been opened or used cannot be resold or reused for health and hygiene reasons. This policy is in place to protect all our customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take quality seriously. If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during transit

• Incorrect (wrong product shipped)

• Defective or tampered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photograph of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and, if valid, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation
