Shipping Coverage

We ship across India. All orders are dispatched from our facility in Tamil Nadu.

 

Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Remote or rural locations may require additional time.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends are processed on the next working day.

 

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value required.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across India. A nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real time.

 

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with our logistics partner and provide a resolution.

 

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement.
